Step By Step Guide


Pneumatic line leashes
Step 1

Connect the two (1) Pneumatic Line Leashes from the (2) MatrixTM Module(s) to the (3) Expansion Manifold.

Step 2

Connect the main pneumatic supply from the (1) Leads and (2) Regulator from the (3) Expansion Manifold to the (4) System Controller

Step 3

Plug the (1) Smart Touch Screen to the (2) System Controller (Push to Connect).

Power Pack
Step 4

Plug in (1) Power Pack to the (2) System Controller.

Pneumatic supply
Step 5

Turn on (1) Pneumatic Supply and regulate to 80psi. Adjust flow controls on the (2) Expansion Manifold so all (3) MatrixTM Module(s) pins raise together when triggered.

Manual override switches
Step 6

Run a test with (1) Manual Override Switches.

Optical trigger switch
Step 7

Optional way to trigger the system (1) Optical Trigger Switch. Featuring two (2) Magnetic Positions located on both sides of the switch. You can mount the switch (3) horizontally or vertically depending on your setup.

Step 8

Position the (1) Optical Trigger Switch. Take the (2) Cable Connector and plug it into any of the ports on the (3) Control Box.
