The needs are real as our skilled tradesmen/women are aging out of the workforce at an alarming rate! Welders are in high demand, CNC operators are in high demand, plumbers, electricians, mechanics…the list goes on.

Andrew’s passion is to unite the skill trades community and inspire our youth to consider related careers in the professional skilled trades. We must change the negative stigmas and ideologies surrounding the Skilled Trades industry. The future of manufacturing, construction services and our infrastructure depend on it!
