PSA has developed a customizable palletizing system that is able to handle different types of 50lb bagged or boxed product. Utilizing ABB’s IRB460 palletizing robots, our engineers designed end effectors that are most efficient at moving the product and overcame challenges such as bag consistency, shifting product and heavy loads. Along with the robot and end effector, we’ve designed conveyor systems that are tailored to the client’s needs. We are able to weigh and flatten bags, provide metal detection, and even palletize multiple products at one time including the handling of pallets and slip sheets. PSA offers palletizing systems designed to handle your specific box and product dimensions and both plastic and paper type bags.
