PSA updated a Bander Line Drive System by replacing the old Allen-Bradley technology with an Allen-Bradley Kinetix servo drive system. PSA provided a replacement of 1394 servo drives and motors and 1336 VFD drives to Kinetix 5700 and Powerflex 755 on a multi back stand bander line. The system included replacement subpanels to be housed in the customer's existing cabinet and a PLC upgrade to ControlLogix L72 in addition to MPM servo motors.

PSA also converted an existing Allen-Bradley based PLC5, GML servo control and HMI control system for a client in the chocolate industry to a Siemen's based S7-1500 system including a new 3 door control panel to house the Siemens PLC, Servo drives and dual TP1200 Operator Interfaces. PSA also provided Siemens servo motors including motor mounts and couplings to mate to existing gearboxes for servo control on this chocolate drops application.
